Common questions

A valid passport, a UK photocard driving licence, or a national identity card from an EU or EEA country. The document must not be expired and all four corners must be visible in the photo.

Most checks complete in under two minutes. If a document needs a manual review, we will email you within 24 hours and you can keep browsing in the meantime.

You can browse and save dishes without verifying. Verification is required before your first order is sent to a cook, so that every kitchen knows who is collecting.
